  • 1 tsp. turmeric
  • Pinch of floor black pepper 
  • 1 scoop Tone It Up Collagen (non-compulsory) 
  • 1/2 cup water or plant-based milk 

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix all elements in a blender and mix till easy.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Tone It Up Protein
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 Tbsp. unsweetened coconut flakes

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix all the elements till easy.
