Who doesn’t love rooster fingers?? This model of the child favourite is so a lot better than the quick meals model! Place the yogurt, mustard, and honey in a small bowl; stir to mix. Put aside.
Mix flour, paprika, pepper, and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a shallow dish. Break the eggs into one other shallow dish; stir with a whisk till clean. Place panko in a 3rd shallow dish.
Dredge every rooster strip in flour combination. Dip rooster strips in crushed egg, letting extra drip off. Roll within the panko, urgent to stick.
Warmth 2 tablespoons olive oil in a big nonstick skillet over medium warmth. Add half of rooster strips; prepare dinner, turning often, 4 to five minutes or till crumbs are browned and rooster is completed. Take away from pan to a paper towel-lined plate.
